*hugs tightly* I'm so sorry you've been feeling so low. From my experience, its part of living abroad for a long period of time, there's a point where you just want to go home.
Send hugs from me to your sister, she can do it but pressure can be so hard. I like Crys' idea of helping her find ways to basically have the writing be hers again for a time, close the door and have it be hers.
