So, it's taking me so long to finish this epic picture, I figure I should give you guys a preview.

So you get a Frederick. ^_^





I wasn't sure about this pose after I sketched it first, but once I drew him, he just looked so happy I couldn't imagine changing him. XD

So, yes. I'm drawing all of the Knights ice skating. Yeah. Seven people in action poses. The majority of them wearing top hats, and those who aren't are wearing epic bustle dresses. WHAT WAS I THINKING.

But actually I've finished the blue sketches of everyone—I just need to do clean lineart, then coloring. And then you guys get to see all of them!

So, yes. I'm excited. ^_^ I've told my sister to nag me incessantly until I finish this. And she has. Oh how she has.



And now it's 2am and I need to sleep. XD I need to stop taking naps. I don't get tired early enough.

I do all of my drawing directly on the computer, actually. This case is a little weird because I actually did do a lot of physical sketching beforehand. I scanned a few poses in (such as this one) and traced over them because I got them just right in my sketchbook.

This was originally going to be just a little chibi thing. My mistake was sketching the Captain and Mr. Wilmington full-sized, just for fun-- they looked so good I had to do everyone else. XD

Awwww thank you! ^.^ I must say this one came out particularly cute... Sometimes I hit something right away, other times I struggle with a person's face for an hour and still don't get it the way I want it. O_o
